UCL: Juventus Go Down Battling at Real Madrid
Juventus: Juventus put up a fight but went down to a 1-0 defeat at Real Madrid in their third match of the current Champions League campaign on Wednesday, with Jude Bellingham scoring the winning goal for the Spanish giants. Atalanta, meanwhile, were held to a goalless draw by Slavia Prague in Bergamo.
According to Ansa News Agency, Juve are 25th out of 36 in the Champions League table with two points from three games while Atalanta are 17th with four points. On Tuesday, Inter beat Union Saint-Gilloise 4-0 in Brussels to continue their perfect start in Europe’s premier club competition while Serie A champions Napoli were thrashed 6-2 at PSV Eindhoven.
Inter are third in the table and are among five teams with nine points and a 100% record. Napoli are 23rd with three points.
