Worker Slips and Falls to Death on Rain-Hit Ischia

Ischia: A 50-year-old Ukrainian worker slipped on a rain-slick roof after a cloudburst and fell to his death on the Naples Bay island of Ischia Monday afternoon. He had been working on repairing and restructuring a house.

According to Ansa News Agency, he is the second victim of the wave of post-heat storms that has hit Italy after a woman was killed by a falling tree near Milan Sunday.
