Woman Reports Rape in a Park in Rome

Rome: A 60-year-old woman on Monday reported being robbed of her cell phone and raped in a park on the outskirts of Rome on Sunday morning. The assault is believed to have happened shortly after 6:00 a.m. in Tor Tre Teste Park.

According to Ansa News Agency, emergency services took the woman to hospital for rape tests, while the Carabinieri of the Casilina branch are investigating.
