Woman Killed by Son with Hatchet to Head

Racale: A 53-year-old Italian woman, who was born in Germany, was killed on Tuesday by her 21-year-old son in their home in Racale, Puglia. The authorities reported that the fatal incident involved a hatchet blow to the head.

According to Ansa News Agency, the victim has been identified as Teresa Sommario. The suspect, Filippo Manni, is currently on the run, prompting an urgent search by law enforcement to locate him. Police are actively pursuing leads to apprehend Manni and bring him to justice.
