UniCredit Achieves Record Third Quarter Profits of 2.6 Billion Euros
Milan: UniCredit announced record financial results on Wednesday, posting net profits of 2.6 billion euros for the third quarter and 8.7 billion euros for the first nine months of 2025, marking a 13% increase compared to the same period last year.
According to Ansa News Agency, CEO Andrea Orcel expressed confidence in the bank’s ongoing financial trajectory, stating, “We are confirming our 2025 net profit guidance of around 10.5 billion euros pre any management actions to further propel our future results, and we are on track to deliver our best year ever.” Orcel emphasized the bank’s strategic initiatives, noting that by accelerating their strategy and utilizing excess capital to create value, UniCredit has reinforced its earnings and enhanced its shareholder distribution path.
