Search Continues for 2 Missing Climbers on Grignetta Mountain

Lecco: A search was continuing Sunday for two climbers who went missing Saturday on the Grignetta mountain north of Milan. Poor visibility is hampering the efforts near Lecco.

According to Ansa News Agency, hikers reportedly told mountain rescue officials that they had seen two young men wearing unsuitably light clothes and not carrying the right equipment on the iconic Lombard mountain at around 11 o’clock Saturday morning. Rescue teams are focusing their efforts on the areas last reported by the hikers.
