According to Ansa News Agency, the American pontiff addressed his network of diplomats, highlighting that the ministry of Saint Peter is centered around the creation of relationships and bridges. He urged his representatives to be at the service of this mission by truly connecting with others, symbolized by “looking into the eyes.”
The Pope encouraged his diplomats to embody the “gaze of Peter,” urging them to become men who can establish connections even in the most challenging circumstances. He also emphasized the importance of humility and realism, acknowledging that while they may not have all the solutions, they possess what truly matters in the form of Christ, who represents the deepest meaning of every existence.
