Pope Grants New Dads 5 Days of Paternity Leave

Vatican city: Pope Leo XIV has granted new fathers among Vatican staff five days of paternity leave as part of moves to help new parents. The initiative reflects an effort to support family life within the Vatican community.

According to Ansa News Agency, the Vatican has also announced that parents of disabled children will receive three days a month of leave to look after their kids. This measure aims to provide additional support for families with unique caregiving responsibilities.
