Pellegrino Silver in Nordic World Ski Championship Sprint Final

Trondheim: Federico Pellegrino won a silver medal in the Nordic World Ski Championships free sprint final on Thursday in Trondheim, Norway. The Italian will retire at the end of the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.

According to Ansa News Agency, Norway’s Johannes Hosflot Klaebo won the gold with a time of 2:45.74, while Pellegrino finished 0.67 seconds behind to secure the silver. Finland’s Lauri Vuorinen completed the podium by taking the bronze medal, finishing 4.79 seconds behind the winner.
