Biella: A 57-year-old man in Biella, located between Turin and Milan, has been cited by police for washing his dog at a car wash. The incident involved the use of a high-pressure hose and active foam on the small, tied-up dog.

According to Ansa News Agency, a video captured the act, prompting authorities to take action. Police described the method used as “cruel and unacceptable treatment for an animal.” The man responsible was quickly identified and reported by officials.

The dog, which was microchipped, underwent a health examination following the incident. Fortunately, the examination revealed that the dog was in good health.
