Vatican city: Land, housing, and work are sacred, Pope Leo XIV told popular movements on the occasion of their Jubilee Thursday. “Echoing Francis’s requests, today I say: land, housing, and work are sacred rights, they are worth fighting for, and I want you to hear me say, ‘I agree!’, ‘I’m with you!'” Leo said in his audience with popular movements currently celebrating their Jubilee.

According to Ansa News Agency, the movements greeted Leo’s words with prolonged applause. The Pope’s message emphasized the importance of these fundamental rights and highlighted his solidarity with those who advocate for them.
