Rome: Premier Giorgia Meloni’s government is reportedly preparing a decree for Italy’s 10th military aid package to Ukraine since the onset of the Russian invasion, sources disclosed on Tuesday. The forthcoming decree aims to facilitate the continuation of weapon and equipment supplies from Italy to Kyiv into the next year, as per the information provided.
According to Ansa News Agency, the most recent aid package was sanctioned in July. Notably, for the second instance since the conflict began, this package incorporated the provision of the Samp-T air-defense system, underscoring Italy’s ongoing commitment to supporting Ukraine’s defense capabilities.
