FM Says to Speak to Piantedosi on Libya Incident

Rome: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, commenting on the news that the government of eastern Libya rejected a delegation of European ministers, including the Italian Interior Minister Piantedosi, upon their arrival in Benghazi, said he would speak to his cabinet colleague as soon as possible about what happened.

According to Ansa News Agency, Tajani emphasized the importance of understanding the situation and indicated his intention to discuss the incident directly with Minister Piantedosi. “I will speak with Piantedosi about it as soon as possible,” he stated, underlining the need for clarity on the matter.
