First Italian Space Mission in India Concludes Successfully

New delhi: The first Italian institutional and business mission on space, organized by the Embassy, ICE, and the Italian Space Agency, has concluded in New Delhi. Officials from the Farnesina, the space office of the Prime Minister’s Office, and the Italian Space Agency participated in the mission. The business delegation comprised thirteen top Italian companies in the space sector.

According to Ansa News Agency, during their stops in Hyderabad and Bangalore, the delegation conducted company visits and B2B meetings with potential Indian partners. They also interacted with local government authorities from Karnataka and Telangana, regions known for their strength in the space and innovation sectors. The delegation participated in promotion and networking events and exchanged views with the top management of India’s leading space agencies, including ISRO, INSpace, and InSIL.

In New Delhi, Italian institutional representatives engaged in a dialogue on space with their Indian counterparts, marking a significant step in collaboration between the two nations in the space sector.
