Vivaldi’s Music Enchants Audience at Ankara’s Presidential Palace

Ankara: The music of Antonio Vivaldi was featured in a concert last night at the concert hall of the Presidential National Library in Ankara by the Piedmontese group L’Astr©, at the initiative of the Embassy of Italy in Turkey, in collaboration with the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Presidency of the Turkish Republic.

According to Ansa News Agency, Vivaldi’s baroque virtuosity captivated more than two hundred guests. The audience comprised representatives of the diplomatic community, Turkish authorities, civil society, the artistic and cultural world, and the Italian community in Turkey. This event marked the first performance of an Italian group inside the Presidential complex of the Turkish capital.
