Father and Son Found Guilty in Alatri Murder of Man, 19

Frosinone: The Court of Assizes of Frosinone handed down a life sentence to Roberto Toson and a 24-year imprisonment to his son Mattia, after they were adjudicated guilty of murdering 19-year-old Thomas Bricca. The murder occurred on January 30, 2023, when Bricca was shot in the head while he was with friends in the historic center of Alatri, a town located south of Rome.

According to Ansa News Agency, Bricca became a victim of a Mob-style attack executed by two masked individuals on a black T-Max scooter. The assailants shot him at close range, and Bricca succumbed to his injuries after two days in the hospital. The investigation initially considered the possibility of a gang-related revenge attack or a mistaken identity scenario, with the court concluding it was indeed the latter.
