Modena: Stellantis Chairman John Elkann emphasized the importance of unity during a visit to Maserati’s headquarters in Modena on Wednesday, amidst a backdrop of slumping sales and potential job cuts in the automotive sector. Elkann highlighted the necessity for solidarity, stating, “In these times it is necessary to remain united and, for this reason, I have decided to be alongside our people and to go today to the historic Maserati headquarters in Modena.”
According to Ansa News Agency, Elkann made the visit immediately upon returning from Auburn Hills in the United States. He went directly to the plant on Viale Ciro Menotti, where he engaged with Santo Ficili, CEO of Maserati, along with the entire leadership team of the House of the Trident, the newly established Engineering team, and all the employees.
The visit underscores Elkann’s commitment to providing support and reassurance to Maserati’s workforce during a challenging period for the industry. His presence aimed to foster a sense of unity and coll
