Cabinet Approves DEF, Now Renamed DFP

Rome: The cabinet on Wednesday approved the government’s DEF Economic and Financial Document economic blueprint, which from this year will be called the Public Finance Document or DFP.

According to Ansa News Agency, the DFP lays the groundwork for economic policy, containing forecasts and the outlines of the next budget bill. The newly named document continues its role in shaping the economic strategies and budgetary plans that will guide the government’s financial decisions.
