Narni: A group of anarchists has come forward via an online post, asserting their responsibility for placing an incendiary device at the lecture hall of the University of Perugia’s Faculty of Science for Investigation and Security, located in Narni.
According to Ansa News Agency, the device was discovered on Monday afternoon. The Carabinieri police swiftly responded to the situation, deploying sniffer dogs and anti-terrorist officers to safely remove the device from the premises.
Sources have indicated that a terrorism investigation has been initiated, as authorities find the anarchists’ claim to be credible.
