Rome: A united and cohesive leadership helped Francesco Acquaroli in his re-election as Marche governor, he said after the result Monday. “I thank our leadership, the center-right Marche region, who were united and cohesive in the challenge of a region,” said the member of Premier Giorgia Meloni’s right-wing Brothers of Italy (FdI) party.

According to Ansa News Agency, in the past five years, Acquaroli and his team have worked on addressing issues in the region, aiming for a significant departure from past practices. He emphasized that this approach was crucial in securing his second term as governor. Acquaroli described the task of governing as important, highlighting the efforts made to create a new path for the Marche region.
