Venezuelan Opposition Figures Rescued by Joint Italy-US Operation

Caracas: Five Venezuelan opposition figures have been rescued from the Argentine embassy in Caracas, where they had been residing for 14 months. This rescue was part of a joint operation conducted by the United States and Italy.

According to Ansa News Agency, the United States government confirmed that the five individuals have arrived “safely in US territory.” The operation marks a significant diplomatic maneuver involving collaboration between the US and Italian authorities to ensure the safe passage of these opposition figures out of Venezuela.
