Strasbourg: Donald Trump’s second presidency is a chance that the European Union must grasp to be more assertive, Business and Made in Italy Minister Adolfo Urso said when asked about the threats posed by future Trump tariffs in Strasbourg Tuesday. “I think that the Trump presidency is a great opportunity for Europe because it forces us to respond with equal assertiveness and extremely quickly, so as to be able to bridge the gap with other continents,” said the bigwig in Premier Giorgia Meloni’s rightwing Brothers of Italy (FdI) party.
