Through the Hungary Helps Program, the Hungarian government is providing 100,000 euros in emergency aid for the care of internally displaced persons in Lebanon, Tristan Azbej, the State Secretary responsible for programs to help persecuted Christians at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the vice president of the KDNP, announced on his Facebook page on Wednesday.

The Secretary of State said in the video: they are watching with concern the escalation in the Middle East, which is increasingly spreading to the southern part of Lebanon.

He announced: in response to the humanitarian situation, a decision was made to provide one hund
red thousand euros in emergency aid within the framework of the Hungary Helps Program.

This is how the Hungarian government, through the Lebanese organization of the Order of Malta and other Christian organizations, contributes to the protection of the lives of Lebanese refugees in trouble.”
