Stones Thrown at Milan Cops Who Respond with Tear Gas

Milan: Protesters over the Global Sumud Flotilla’s interception by Israel threw stones at police in Milan Friday who responded with tear gas.

According to Ansa News Agency, from the northbound carriageway of the occupied Milan ring road, protesters threw stones and bottles at law enforcement officers deployed on the opposite side.

Police and Carabinieri responded by firing tear gas, and the protesters retreated.

So far, there has been no contact between the two sides.
