Rome: A security plan kicked in in Rome Monday for the pope’s death. The first security measures have already been implemented in the city following the death of Pope Francis.
According to Ansa News Agency, after a call between the Prefect and the Police Chief of Rome, the plan was activated, with contingents of the Police Forces converging in the area of St. Peter’s Square. The Prefect of Rome urgently convened a meeting of the Provincial Committee for Public Order and Security at 11:30 to address the situation.
