Pope Appears at Angelus Without Arm Brace
Vatican City: The Pope appeared at the window of the Apostolic Palace for the Angelus prayer on Sunday without the light brace on his arm that he had been wearing for the past few days. This comes after he suffered a contusion from a fall at Casa Santa Marta, the Vatican hostel where he resides.
According to Ansa News Agency, during his speech, the Pope hailed the Gaza truce and gesticulated, indicating that the issue with his arm appears to have been resolved. Despite the improvement in his arm, the Pontiff’s voice remained hoarse and sounded somewhat tired.
