Pirelli Puts Off Balance Sheet Approval to April 28

Milan: Pirelli on Thursday put off the approval of its balance sheet until April 28. The tire maker’s AGM will therefore take place on June 12 instead of May 27.

According to Ansa News Agency, the decision to delay the approval of the balance sheet has resulted in the rescheduling of the Annual General Meeting. The AGM, initially set for May 27, will now be held on June 12, reflecting the company’s revised timeline for finalizing its financial documents.
