North Macedonia Hosts Gala Evening Celebrating Balkan and Italian Culinary Excellence

Strumica: A meeting of gastronomic excellence took place in Strumica, North Macedonia, where Italian Ambassador Paolo Palminteri attended a gala evening at the Tsar Samuil hotel, accompanied by consular correspondent Dafina Pandeva. The event was organized to honor the culinary richness of Balkan countries and Italy.

According to Ansa News Agency, the gala was passionately organized by Gastromak and Adrijana Alachki. Chefs from North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, and other countries presented guests with a variety of traditional and innovative dishes. Italian chef Domenico Maggi, a member of WorldChefs, was among the participants. The event was described as a journey of flavors, culture, and friendship, bringing together the gastronomic traditions of the entire region.
