New Consular Coordination Meeting Strengthens Ties with Italian Community in Argentina

Buenos aires: Ambassador Fabrizio Lucentini chaired a new consular coordination meeting alongside representatives of the Italian community in Argentina, including parliamentarians, members of the General Council of Italians Abroad (Cgie), presidents of Comites, and Italian consuls from various cities such as Buenos Aires, Bahia Blanca, Cordoba, La Plata, Mendoza, Rosario, Mar del Plata, and Lomas de Zamora.

According to Ansa News Agency, the meeting focused on addressing the needs of the Italian community in Argentina, particularly in relation to consular services and the implications of the new citizenship law. Additionally, the discussions explored prospects and plans for the future, aiming to enhance the support and services provided to Italians residing in the country.

The meeting was described as a “valuable space for dialogue and shared planning,” indicating a commitment to continue strengthening ties with the Italian community in Argentina. The collaborative efforts are intended to ensure that the n
