Milan: Milan prosecutors are probing other possible drone overflights after a suspected Russian drone was detected flying over the European Joint Research Centre (JRC) at Ispra on Lake Maggiore near Varese six times over the last week, judicial sources said Tuesday.
According to Ansa News Agency, the Milan public prosecutor’s office is investigating whether there have been other possible overflights of unmanned aircraft over an area of about five square kilometres, the so-called ‘no-fly zone’ which includes the JRC itself and some factories of Leonardo, the national aerospace and defence company.
