Middle East Pacification Deemed Essential by Pope and Lebanese President

Vatican City: Pope Leo XIV and Lebanese President Joseph Aoun emphasized the necessity of pacification in the Middle East following Israel’s attack on Iran’s nuclear program.

According to Ansa News Agency, Leo welcomed Aoun in an audience, after which Aoun met with Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Secretary of State.
