MFE-Mediaset Reports Revenue Decline But Profit Increase in Q1

Rome: In the first quarter of the year, MFE-Mediaset recorded revenues of 671 million euros, a decrease compared to the 699 million euros from the same period in 2024. However, the company experienced a significant rise in profit, reaching 51.4 million euros compared to the previous figure of 16.8 million euros.

According to Ansa News Agency, the characteristic cash generation, or free cash flow, saw a growth of 19.1%. Additionally, the consolidated net financial position as of March 31 was negative by 460 million euros, which is a 33.3% decrease compared to the figure reported on December 31 of the previous year.

The group has confirmed its objective of maintaining a positive consolidated operating result, net result, and cash generation on an annual basis. This outlook is contingent on the general economic trend in the latter half of the year, which is expected to improve throughout Europe, as explained by MFE-Mediaset.
