Meeting with Meloni and Leaders on Next Steps for Gaza

Rome: A discussion on the next steps in the stabilization and reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, starting with the immediate urgency of rapidly increasing humanitarian access to meet the enormous needs of civil society. The focus of a meeting held on the sidelines of the signing ceremony of the Gaza Peace Plan and featuring Italian Premier Giorgia Meloni and other leaders.

According to Ansa News Agency, the meeting was attended by Meloni and, among others, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Canadian Prime Minister Michael Carney, Jordanian King Abdullah II, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
