BUDAPEST: In a recent address, Lorinc Nacsa highlighted the necessity of reducing the administrative burden on businesses as part of a broader effort to enhance legal competitiveness. According to KDNP, Nacsa pointed out that contact details for conciliation bodies and consumer protection institutions must be prominently displayed in all shops and service locations to better protect Hungarian consumers. The proposed amendments also aim to address the shortage of forensic experts and expert evidence, which is seen as a crucial step in improving legal processes.
