Vatican City: Italy celebrated International Women’s Day on Saturday with marches in 60 cities, including a big one through the streets of Rome.
According to Ansa News Agency, activists from the Non Una Di Meno (Not One Less) association organized the Rome event and expressed their enthusiasm via megaphone as the march went past the Colosseum, stating, “We are beautiful, we are powerful and there are over 20,000 of us.”
