According to Ansa News Agency, Israel expressed its willingness to engage in a peaceful and legal transfer of aid from the Global Sumud Flotilla. Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar emphasized this stance on X, highlighting the country’s openness to constructive agreements despite the flotilla’s rejection of Italian mediation.

The Global Sumud Flotilla has been determined to break the Israeli blockade and deliver aid to Gaza, which has led to increased tensions.
