Hundreds of Pro-Palestinian Protesters Block Trains at Pisa Station

Milan: Hundreds of pro-Palestinian protesters blocked trains at Pisa railway station on Thursday. They broke away from a march of approximately 1,500 protesters who had taken to the streets to support the Global Sumud Flotilla initiative for Gaza. The march peacefully passed through the city center until reaching the station.

According to Ansa News Agency, upon reaching the square, hundreds of protesters entered the station, occupying the first platform. Train traffic is currently halted, causing disruptions for returning commuters. Meanwhile, outside the station, protests by other train lines continue. Despite the platform occupation, the situation remains calm.
