Global Sumud Flotilla Protests Across Italy Draw 400,000 Participants

Rome: The Global Sumud Flotilla protests held across Italy on Friday included 29 demonstrations with nearly 400,000 participants, as reported by the interior ministry.

According to Ansa News Agency, the ministry stated, “Today, 29 demonstrations were organized nationwide with 396,400 participants.” The protests, spanning over two days, have also led to the injury of 55 police officers due to attacks. The events demonstrate the significant public engagement and the challenges faced by law enforcement during such large-scale gatherings.
