Flotilla Activists to be Taken to Ketziot Prison
Ashdod: Global Sumud Flotilla activists who have been stopped by Israel are about to disembark at the Israeli port of Ashdod, where they will be handed over to the police before transfer to Ketziot Prison, Israeli sources said Thursday.
According to Ansa News Agency, at the large prison facility in the Negev Desert, southwest of Beersheba, they will be taken care of by staff, according to the plan developed by Israeli authorities. Those who refuse deportation will be tried by a special court of Interior Ministry officials, rather than a regular court, for illegal entry.
