Treviglio: Silvia Colombo, a councillor and whip in Premier Giorgia Meloni’s right-wing Brothers of Italy (FdI) party in the town of Treviglio near Bergamo, has resigned after her recent alleged claim in the City Council that pregnant colleagues should quit sparked an uproar.
