Treviso: A 53-year-old Italian man, Marco Marin, who was evicted from his home, was found dead in a garage in the province of Padua near Treviso. Marin had been living in the garage after being unable to secure affordable housing due to his low income. Despite his efforts to find a new place to live, he succumbed to what is believed to be the cold, which may have worsened his existing heart condition.
According to Ansa News Agency, Marin, an employee of a local company, had been actively seeking an apartment through social media for several months but received no replies. It is reported that he did not reach out for help, possibly due to feelings of shame. His death occurred in Santa Giustina in Colle, highlighting the dire situation he faced after his eviction.
