EU Not Ambiguous on Ukraine, Western Unity Urgently Needed, Says Italian PM

New york: Europe is not ambiguous on Ukraine, but Western unity is urgently needed, Premier Giorgia Meloni told journalists on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly Tuesday. Meloni emphasized the importance of Western collaboration for achieving a just and lasting peace in Ukraine.

According to Ansa News Agency, Meloni addressed concerns about Europe’s stance on Ukraine, stating, “I don’t think Europe is ambiguous toward Ukraine, but I believe we must work together as the West if we want to bring home a just and lasting peace, and that’s what we’re trying to do.” She underscored the necessity of cooperation not only among European nations but also with the United States to accomplish their shared goals regarding Ukraine.
