Tuscany: Two-time ex-premier and left-wing 5-Star Movement (M5S) leader Giuseppe Conte said centre-left incumbent Tuscany Governor Eugenio Giani’s re-election Monday had been a crushing win by the centre-left which confirmed the soundness of the alliance project with the centre-left Democratic Party (PD) and other smaller left-wing and centrist parties. “We welcome the clear, overwhelming victory in Tuscany,” he said.
