Rome: A four-year-old boy died in a Rome hospital Monday of heat stroke on Sardinia last Wednesday. The boy, the son of a Romanian couple vacationing at Olmedo in northwest Sardinia, passed away in Gemelli Hospital after an initial admission to the intensive care unit of Sassari’s Santissima Annunziata Hospital.

According to Ansa News Agency, the Carabinieri of the Alghero Company determined that last Wednesday afternoon, the young boy took advantage of a moment of rest for his parents and left the house.
