Milan: Giorgio Armani was an icon of Made in Italy elegance, Business and Made in Italy Minister Adolfo Urso said after the great designer died at 91 Thursday.

According to Ansa News Agency, Urso highlighted Armani’s impact on the world of fashion, stating, “Giorgio Armani embodied Italian elegance worldwide.” Urso praised Armani’s innovative and distinctive style, refined creativity, and timeless vision. He noted that Armani transformed fashion into a universal language of quality, contributing significantly to making Made in Italy a symbol of global excellence.
