100 Tonnes of Italian Aid for Gaza Arrives in Jordan
Amman: A commercial cargo flight containing 100 tonnes of Italian humanitarian aid for the people of Gaza landed in Amman, Jordan, on Friday. The aid, organized by the Italian foreign ministry, will be relocated to a Jordanian military base in preparation for distribution.
According to Ansa News Agency, the Italian Air Force is set to begin a series of airdrops on Saturday. Air Force C130 aircraft will be tasked with parachuting the aid into Gaza territory, with operations scheduled to continue throughout the week.
