Two Women Accuse Same Man of Rape After Nights Out in Milan
Milan: Two young women have separately accused the same man of raping them following nights out at discos in Milan, according to police reports on Wednesday. The women, aged 19 and 20, alleged that the 35-year-old suspect, a Senegalese-Italian public relations worker at several Milanese nightclubs, took them to his residence in Sesto San Giovanni, a town near Milan, where the alleged assaults occurred.
According to Ansa News Agency, the man was arrested based on the women’s descriptions. During a search of his home, authorities discovered half a litre of the date-rape drug GBL, raising further concerns about the suspect’s activities. The police revealed that one of the victims is a colleague of the accused, while the other encountered him while out dancing.
The complaints were lodged within months of each other, prompting police to investigate the alleged incidents. The case has brought attention to safety issues surrounding nightlife in Milan and the potential misuse of drugs in such environments.
