Trkiye’s benchmark stock index BIST 100 opened Tuesday at 9.,673.56 points, marking a slight increase of 0.08% or 7.78 points from the previous close.
On Monday, the BIST 100 index was down by 1.14% to 9,665.78 points, with a daily transaction volume of 73 billion Turkish liras ($2.14 billion).
As of 11.20 a.m. (0820GMT), the exchange rates stood at 34.2050 for the US dollar against the Turkish lira, 37.9930 for the euro, and 45.6260 for the British pound.
