Washington: United States President Donald Trump on Tuesday endorsed Premier Giorgia Meloni’s autobiography, ‘I Am Giorgia’, after the publication of the English translation. Trump shared his endorsement via his Truth social media network, describing Meloni as the “GREAT Prime Minister of Italy” and commending her for doing an “incredible job” for the people of Italy.

According to Ansa News Agency, Trump praised Meloni’s book as an exploration of her journey centered on faith, family, and love for her country. He emphasized that these elements have provided her with the wisdom and courage needed to serve Italy and make its citizens proud. Trump urged his followers to purchase a copy of the book, calling Meloni an inspiration to all.

Meloni expressed gratitude for Trump’s endorsement through social media, referring to him as a friend and highlighting the importance of understanding a leader’s roots and sincerity in their political journey. Meloni’s relationship with Trump has been notably friendly, with her being the only European leader invited to his inauguration ceremony in January. Trump has frequently praised Meloni, including at the Gaza Peace Summit in Sharm El Sheikh, where he described her as beautiful and a “very strong leader.”
