Tennis: Sinner Sports Forza Italia Scarf After Wimbledon Win

London: World number one Jannik Sinner sported a “Forza Italia” sky-blue scarf in the traditional Monday photoshoot for every Wimbledon champion after beating keen rival Carlos Alcaraz in four sets to claim his first crown in South West London. The national hero, the first Italian to win Wimbledon, posed in tennis gear in the Centre Court stands and the grass.

According to Ansa News Agency, Sinner, 23, is a native German speaker from the far northern Alto Adige-South Tyrol region, once a part of Austria.
